1- England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland make up the United Kingdom.
2- The British isles are surrounded by seas on
all sides: the North Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the Irish Sea. The English
Channel (34 km) separates Great Britain from the European continent. To the east of Britain is the North Sea and to the west, the Irish Sea. To the west of Scotland is the Atlantic Ocean.
3- The capital of England is London, the
capital of Wales is Cardiff, the capital of Scotland is Edinburgh, the capital
of Northern Ireland is Belfast.

live in the UK.
5- The weather changes a lot in the UK. It is
never very hot ot very cold but rain is always a possibility.
