Cyberbullying is the act of intentionally and consistently mistreating, harassing someone through the use of electronic devices or other forms of digital communication such like social networks.

Cyberbullying includes photos, posts, messages; it's anything that is posted online and is meant to hurt, injure, threatendisturbharass, upset someone else.

Intimidation, online aggression and comments that focus on a person's gender, religion, sexual orientation, race, or physical differences count as discrimination.

Online bullying can be damaging and upsetting because it's usually anonymous. It's difficult to control, and the victim doesn't know how many people have seen the messages/posts/photos. Victims are tormented whenever they check their device or computer.

The stress of being in a constant state of upset, fear, sadness, anxiety leads to problems with mood, energy level, sleep, and appetite
